Registration
After registration you will receive an invoice for the conference fee. We request that you transfer this to our account after receipt of the invoice. We would like to point out that the conference fee must be credited to our account BEFORE the event. Otherwise it is also possible to pay the conference fee by cash in person. Without advance payment of the conference fee, participation in the event is not possible.

Cancellations
Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. In the case of cancellation within 5 days of the event we charge 25 % of the participation fee. In the case of cancellation on the day of the event or the non-appearance of a participant, the whole conference fee is payable. In both cases you will receive the course documentation after receipt of payment. We are happy to accept a substitute participant.

Documentation photography/filming
You expressly declare through registration your agreement to the fact that photographs and/or videos will taken of the participants present during the event and that these may be published on the homepage of the organisers (www.voebu.at), in (print) publications of the organiser and on other electronic media of the organiser and also saved for this purpose. The photos and/or videos are intended exclusively for publicity purposes by the organiser.

You are aware that photos and/or videos on the Internet can be retrieved by anyone. Despite all technical precautions it cannot be excluded that such persons may utilise the photos and/or videos or pass them on to third parties. Your declaration of consent is voluntary and free of charge, and can be revoked with respect to the organiser at any time with effect for the future. If the images are available on the Internet, their removal is effected as soon as and if this is possible for the organiser.

List of participants – consent
In the course of registration you can consent to your name and your contact details (company contact details) being published in an attendance list in the course of the event and passed on to other participants. This consent is voluntary and optional.
